1. How do I book a tanning session?
Choose your preferred TANCTRL studio and UV tanning option, select an available time, and complete your booking and payment online. Once confirmed, you'll receive everything you need for your session.
2. How do I access the studio?
Before your booked session, you'll receive a temporary access code for the studio. Your code is time-limited and will only provide access during your allocated booking window.
3. Do I need to arrive early?
There's no reception or check-in queue. Arrive shortly before your scheduled session and use your temporary access code when your booking window begins.
4. Which tanning option should I choose?
Vertical UV offers a stand-up tanning experience, while the lay-down option provides a more traditional tanning-bed experience. Choose whichever format you prefer.
5. How long is a tanning session?
Session times vary according to the tanning equipment and your individual exposure profile. Always follow the recommended session time provided for you.
6. What should I do before my session?
Complete the required health screening and consent process before your first session, and follow the preparation and safety guidance provided with your booking.
7. Is there staff at the studio?
TANCTRL studios are designed to operate privately and without a traditional reception. Your booking, payment and studio access are handled digitally.
8. What happens if I need help during my session?
Bookings can be managed online subject to TANCTRL's cancellation and rescheduling policy. The applicable terms will be shown when you make your booking.
9. Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled online up to 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your booking may not qualify for a refund or credit.
